Music Bingo for Workplaces & Corporate Events
Give a team social, offsite or company gathering a clear shape. Prepare a mixed, welcoming list and a printed card set without asking colleagues to create accounts.
A workable 30-minute run sheet
- 3 min · Welcome and explain the chosen pattern.
- 2 min · Play a practice clip.
- 10 min · First round of calls.
- 2 min · Reset and share spare cards.
- 10 min · Second round of calls.
- 3 min · Check claims and close.
These are allocated agenda slots, not a promise that bingo occurs at a fixed minute.
Prepare for this group
- Ask for song suggestions across eras and genres rather than assuming one generation knows everything.
- Offer individual cards, teams or observer participation without pressure.
- Test room audio and screen visibility; keep a helper at the back for card questions.
- Use an 80s pack as one source of ideas and add nonseasonal alternatives; a Christmas pack may not fit every workplace.
A worked setup
For a 24-person team social, print 28 cards: one per participant and four spares. Prepare about 30 reviewed clips and let a facilitator run the caller sheet while a helper checks claims. The agenda is an allocation, not a guaranteed finish time.

Questions from workplace facilitators
Do colleagues need phones?
No. The current workflow uses printed cards. Phone hosting is a future feature shown only in the preview.
What if someone does not recognize the songs?
Mix familiar styles, offer team play and identify each song after the clip so everyone can participate.
Can this work for a remote team?
The current site does not share audio or synchronize remote cards. You would need to arrange permitted audio and distribution yourself.
