Music Bingo for Bars, Pubs & Breweries
Plan a repeat music bingo night for a bar, pub, brewery or restaurant with a clear host role, service intervals and a paper fallback.
A workable 60-minute run sheet
- 10 min · Setup and card distribution before the first call.
- 5 min · Explain pattern and play a practice clip.
- 15 min · First set of calls.
- 5 min · Service interval and claim checks.
- 15 min · Second set of calls.
- 10 min · Final checks and close.
These are allocated agenda slots, not a promise that bingo occurs at a fixed minute.
Prepare for this group
- Venue: confirm speaker access, volume, seating, table distribution and staff handoff.
- Host or DJ: select and review recordings, bring a caller list, announce rules and verify claims.
- Rotate themes week to week rather than repeating one list without checking audience fit.
- Confirm what permissions are needed for music use in this venue; the song-list pack is not a playback or performance license.
A worked setup
For a planned 60-minute venue slot, a host brings reviewed clips and a caller sheet while staff distribute printed cards before the first call. A five-minute service interval provides a pause for orders and card questions. Timing and attendance are illustrative, not performance promises.

Questions from venue hosts
Does the song list include licensed audio?
No. It contains song metadata only. The venue and host need to check the actual music-use arrangements for their setting.
Can we run recurring nights?
You can make and print a fresh local set for each night. Cloud saves and live phone rooms are not available yet.
Will this increase sales?
The site does not make sales or dwell-time claims. Use the schedule as an operations starting point and measure your own results.
