Quick planning helpers

Choose individual players or teams when deciding the participant count. Add spare printed cards for late arrivals or damaged sheets.

Print 28 cards. Plan about 27 minutes.

Formula: setup + breaks + songs × (clip + transition) ÷ 60. Example: 5 setup + 3 break + 20 songs × (40 + 15 seconds) ÷ 60 ≈ 27 minutes. A bingo may occur earlier or later.

A 30-minute worked run sheet

  1. 3 min · Welcome, rules and pattern.
  2. 2 min · One practice clip.
  3. 10 min · First set of calls.
  4. 2 min · Pause and reset.
  5. 10 min · Second set of calls.
  6. 3 min · Check claims and close.

These are planning slots, not promised times to bingo. A claim may arrive earlier or later.

When the unexpected happens

For an unclear clip, pause, repeat or identify the song to everyone before continuing. For a bingo claim, stop calls and check each marked nonfree square against the caller list. For a missing card, give a spare or form a team. For a sound failure, pause the game rather than silently skipping calls; your printed list remains the fallback.

A small group may share one card per team and hear clips on a single speaker. A larger room needs extra attention to sightlines, sound level, card distribution and a helper for claim checks. The print tool's 100-card maximum is not a tested live attendance capacity.
