Sample card from this list
The card maker shuffles the full list to make separate arrangements; this static example uses the first eight tracks so you can inspect the pack without JavaScript.
Host notes and suggested round
Allow 5 minutes to explain a row-or-column pattern, 20 minutes for calls and a pause, and 5 minutes to check and close. Actual timing depends on clip length and the pattern reached.
- Announce a row or column pattern before playing. A diagonal can be used for a later round.
- Play a short permitted clip and say the title after each call. Mark it on your printed caller checklist.
- For a sample first call, play Billie Jean by Michael Jackson. The sample card has that title in its top-left square.
- Pause to check a claim manually; the free center does not cover an unplayed song.
Review for your audience
Some versions may have different lyrics or remixes. Mix in other decades if your group benefits from broader familiarity. For classrooms, a teacher should check lyrics, version, context and school policy. The list has no automatic “clean” or age-certified label.
